Dear readers! Dear friends!
Due to Russian aggression in Ukraine and the threat to the world from Putin, I had to postpone writing my new novel and translating my published book into English. I have devoted all my time to fighting Putin’s propaganda and creating over 135 videos in support of Ukraine for my political YouTube channel «Enough!».
I am sad to announce that I removed my mystery novel “Murder on Okanagan Lake” from the series: “Lina MacGregor Mysteries” from the Russian site Ridero. Because my book is in Russian, I could publish it on Amazon and other foreign sites only through Ridero. I am very sad that now I will have to start the publication of this book from scratch.
Ridero will not transfer any money from the sale of my book to me. I do not receive any income from Russia. Accordingly, taxes from the sales of my mystery novel in Russia also will not be paid. I will not allow Russia to use my money to support the war in Ukraine, which was unleashed by the president of Russia Putin.
For the purchase of the novel “Murder on Okanagan Lake” (in Russian) for the time being, please contact me personally on the page Контакты/Contact me. Please forgive me for the fact that I have not yet been able to fulfill my promise and translate my novel into English.

Mystery novels, translated perhaps more appropriately in Russian as “Detectives” are stories of tragedy and murder. They are the fight against evil given tangible shape. They personify investigation, cunning, pursuit, danger, and adventure.
Yet my books are not only about the fight against evil. They are about friendship and justice. They are about some of the most important things to me in the world: honor and proof-of-innocence.
I have travelled across much of the world in my life, and what I learned above all is that there are many good people out there. They are the majority. I hope you’ll meet some very soon.
